Cancellations
At Dignity Vets Home Euthanasia we understand this can be a challenging time. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee:

Within 12 hours of your appointment will result in a £50 fee

Within 6 hours of your appointment will result in a £100 fee

Within 3 hours of your appointment will result in a £150 fee

Within 2 hour of your appointment will result in no refund of any monies paid for your appointment.
Quality of life consultations
Knowing when the time is right to say goodbye is one of the hardest decisions we as owners have to make. Dignity Vets quality of life consultations are extended consultations with our caring veterinary surgeons. These consultations cover all aspects of your pets quality of life and are based on the HHHHHMM scale.
These consultations will guide and assist you into making the right decision for you and your pet. Furthermore, our vets can provide you with information, advice and resources to improve and extend your pets quality of life.
